possible beginnings of Drippy : Part 2

Part 2

The long exhausting days have finally caught up with this deer pone, whom dives deep into slumber. And not long before he is dreaming -- A dream where he is in a colorful, vibrant forest filled with all sorts of critters, in the middle of a vast desert. How is it possible for an oasis like this to exist in a bone dry, desolate place is beyond him. He ignores rational thoughts as something catches his eyes; A long, pink silhouette wisps in the air as the wind blows. At a closer look, it looks like long strands of hair -- No, they are mane. His eyes follow the trail of sparkling pink mane blowing in the wind, as if the design has hypnotized his mind. At the end, or where it begins, is a bright yellowed body complexion. A pony. A mare pony who seems to be gazing the other direction. Her back turned towards him. The in-transed deer pone walks towards what he believes might be an angel. As he gets closer to her, he realizes he cannot talk because of his condition. He hopes to give a tap, gentle enough not to startle her. He raises his hoof. As it nears her side, droplets of water begin falling on his head. He looks up and finds a grizzly staring straight at him at close range. That scared him enough to wake up. Unfortunately, the grizzly part was not a dream, as it is directly above him. As scared as he is, he managed not to move a single muscle. Both are so close, that the hungry grizzly is drooling right on him. This beast opens his mouth as it inches closer to its prey …

A whistle in the distance, followed by a call, “Harry~ !”

The fearsome grizzly stops in its tracks. And like a puppy hearing their owner called them, he responds with a joyful expression and hastes away.

Seems whomever called the bear inadvertently saved the deer pone’s life.
